AdBlue Temp Sensor Disable?

My car needs to be smog checked (California) for registration renewal, but the check engine light is on because the AdBlue temperature sensor is no longer works. Is there a way in Vediamo or another program do turn off this sensor so that I don't have the check engine light for inspection? If not, I have to do the physical repair... which is a lot of work!

Two options.
1. Turn off the check light in the instrument cluster to pass the technical inspection (the simplest one).
2. Disable the AdBlue system or replace the AdBlue tank.
