BMW ISTA Language Files

Here are the language files for ISTA.
I have ISTA installed. Can anyone teach me how to install languages?

When installing, you need to put them in the folder with the program where you have language packs, and during installation, check the box which language to install.

Thanks a lot. It works for full, but for the delta package I copy to "C:\EC-APPS\ISTA" and it creates an additional folder: "C:\EC-APPS\ISTA\SQLiteDeltaDBs".
Therefore, it doesn't use "SQLITEDB" but uses "SQLiteDeltaDB" and doesn't recognize languages. I'm trying to install the French version 4.39.20!
