I've managed to enable AMG menu on a C400 w205 pre-lift (year 2015) some time ago and wanted now to check if some additional functionality can be configured.
The oil temperature, transmission temperature is working fine however the boost gauge does not provide any feedback.

Is there a way to code/enable to read the data from the turbo? Can this be done software-wise or additional hardware sensor + setup is required?
The boost pressure is readable through Xentry or tried also TopScan from a friend.

Anyone was able to enable boost info on an non-AMG car?

No, on my (sold) S205 I checked and came to the conclusion that I am missing sensors and cables to them.

Hello, how did you activate the AMG menu. Can you tell me about it here?

I don't have W205.
However, while the IRRC on the CLA 117 was activated by activating the AMG menu, on NON-AMG/real models the loading progress indicator or charging information screen as well as the current fuel consumption information also disappeared. This may be the same problem as when activating the AMG menu.
I always advise to install the latest firmware for IC in your car, maybe this is also the root cause of your problem.
By the way, as far as I know, the real AMG W205 models have two turbochargers. So I can't be sure if this is also the reason for the lack of information about increased costs/expenses. The C400 wasn't a true AMG, it all started with the C450 and then the C43.

BTW: It would be great if you would be so kind as to share here all the details/process of how you managed to enable the AMG menu on your W205 car. I think it will help the whole community.
