For the past few days I have been having a problem with my 2017 Mercedes C220D Coupe (C205) which I have owned for 7 years.
The check engine light is on and the car can no longer measure the AdBlue level (even though I filled it to the max). At the moment I have about 650 km left.
I have a Xentry and a DTS Monaco and tried resetting the errors with the Xentry but they came back. I also went under the car to remove the AdBlue injector and it is not clogged.
Here is a screenshot of the error message Xentry gives me. Do you know if this problem can be fixed with Xentry or DTS Monaco?

I don't have much experience with DTS Monaco or Xentry, but who knows, maybe with a good tutorial I can figure it out.
Thanks in advance for your help.

There may be some hardware failure here, so I doubt a reset will help. If it is a NOx issue, you may have to replace it and do a SCN and then a reset, which should fix the problem. All this can be done offline with DTS Monaco.

Planning to replace NOx sensor this weekend. Can you explain how to perform SCN and reset process with DTS Monaco? Thanks in advance.

When replacing a NOx sensor, make sure it is the correct one for your vehicle. There are different variants/generations and they need a compatible software version CRD3S2.
If the component (NOx sensor) is the latest version and your software appears to be from 2019, there may be an update. Also remember that many third-party sensors do not work.
