Cla250 w117 fgdct problem

Hello, i have a problema with a 2017 cla250. Ecu and key were stolen. Customer bought used ecu with key and ezs and now engine starts but trans wont shift. So i bought a new virgin tcm and installed it. Did a online scn coding and programming with my launch scanner but it still doesnt shift
Have the infamous 051300 dtc and i dont know how to enable drive autorization... is there a way to enable it without using xentry? In my country only one dealer has it and doesnt want to do the job, I couldnt do it with vediamo either. Please help i can pay

ori read from fdct is useless, it has a new motor ecu and ezs. I even installed a new virgin tcu and have the same problem

U need to replace fdct control unit the same vehicle that u bring engine control unit EZS with key.otherwise no chance.drive authorization system components are Engine control unit,Ezs with the key and Tcu for this car.so u need to replace tcu as well.
