I'm working on a Mercedes W204 C180K with a 722.6 gearbox.
The rpm varies +- 150rpm with steady throttle at 90km/h.
I want to disable the torque converter valve to temporarily fix a torque converter valve problem.
I have Xentry Passthru 2020 installed but I can't find where to do it?
Do I need developer mode?

Hi, I don't have a diagnostic tester in front of me, but you should find it in the gearbox under activations or adjustments. The activation is valid until the ignition is turned off.

I looked at the menu in the following screenshots but couldn't find it.

There is no locking mode on the EGS53. You can only manually activate the corresponding valve on the EGS unit connector. Only this procedure will not lead to an unambiguous assessment of the result. The valve may be dirty or there is a problem in the hydraulic unit or the torque converter is worn out. Also, first check the compliance of the transmission reducer (Rear Axle Ratio) in the EGS coding. 90 km is a direct transmission and the clutch must be in the locked mode.

This solenoid is a common problem. It is easy and cheap to replace. Try a new one, it should work fine.
