Disable air circulation for W213

Hello, I tried to change air circulation to off for W213 but error with code 11 when press 'do coding'.
Is there any solution? Should I use other smr-d or is it need ECU unlock? If so, pls advise the file or step to unlock.

No, the video is using Vediamo and I can't find cbf file to do coding.

Hello, maybe we need some more information to help you. Is it a shown "NRC 11" error code? Shown in the DTS Monaco environment after you have tried to do a coding process?

NRC means "negative response code, number 11 means "service not supported". The definition is as followed:

"This response code indicates that the requested action will not be taken because the server does not support the requested service. The server shall send this response code in case the client has sent a request message with a service identifier, which is either unknown or not supported by the server. Therefore this negative response code is not shown in the list of negative response codes to be supported for a diagnostic service, because this negative response code is not applicable for supported services."

So at the end it could indicate that you have a problem with your hard or software installation or simply the file you have used is the wrong one for the job.

What Monaco version do you use? What is the hardware you want to code (e.g.HVAC213)? What year is that car?
