DRL think somethings broken (S212)

Hello. The wife has an E-Class 200 S212 2013,

I think there is something wrong with the DRL function on it. The lights at the bottom of the front, then, they only light up when I have the light switch at 0,
They should light up together with low beams too?

DRL generally is in the settings so you can switch between options L, if you want to use DRL with low beams and also adjust brightness you need to code it, check this video

Well, I've watched that video before, so there will be coding.

But as he explained that the DRL works during the day until the low beam starts, it's not on mine, only the DRL lights up when I unlock the car. Which is very strange not to have them when the low beam is off in Auto mode.

So unless you code I don't think anything you can do.
