DTS Monaco 8.16 J2543 Tactrix Openport 2.0 and CBF Usage

I have DTS Monaco 8.16 running with a J2543 Tactrix Openport 2.0 cable, it works fine with SMR-D files as long as I have the driver and port set up.
But I can't get the driver or port to work with CBF files.
Has anyone managed to do this and if so can you help me? Thanks.

DTS Monaco doesn't work with Openport for us with CBF with this adapter, it only works with SMR-D, use Vediamo for CBF instead.
