DTS Monaco 8.16 not work with eCOM

Hello all, my DTS 8.16 when choose eCOM_CBF(DCDIPartP) interface, feedback: The Diagnostic interface is not accessible. No access to the Diagnostic interface DCDIPartP. Anyone know what happen and how to fix? Used SDсonnect interface working, no problem.
