DTS9 Passthru VCI Registry Entries

Here is a collection of Passthru VCI registry entries which are required for DTS Monaco to recognize the devices when adding a VCI.

These registry files will create NEW entries, unlike other solutions floating around which simply clone existing entries which end up causing conflicts and communication errors with XENTRY Passthru etc.
