E220 2016 LCD Retrofit

After upgrading the LCD on my E220D I have a problem with the rear view camera and parking assist. The person who did the coding for me said he did everything right. Instead of an image of a car with sensors, an image from a camera is displayed, and the image itself is cropped. The parking assistance system is not displayed at all. Does anyone know anything? What to do?
