For those who have problems with air leakage from the rear air suspension struts.

A new connector from Voss has appeared - 203 N-Series (N means new). This connector is much easier to install on the rear air suspension struts. Part number: A0003280200. This part is now used in modern Mercedes models.

If you have replaced the air lines, valve block and air struts and air is still coming out of the rear of the vehicle, in most cases the problem is in the connection between the air struts and the air line. Because the struts move slightly during movement, the air duct also moves, causing air leakage. Additionally, the old 203 fitting (two-piece system with clamping ring) is much more difficult to install and can be installed incorrectly since it is a two-piece system.

I have attached a photo of the new fitting/connector installed on the rear air suspension strut without the air line inserted into the fitting/connector. This fixed my air leak after replacing all other Airmatic components.

Can confirm, used these on my personal W212 to solve a recurring slow leak from the rear struts! I was told this by an MB tech at my local dealer a few months ago when discussing common Airmatic leak issues when using these new connectors on older units that were made before they came out.
