Glow Relay ML 164 450 CDI 8V

I have a problem with the glow plug relay. The relay cannot be bought new. It is ML 164 450 CDI. Part number A6291530479. Can anyone help?

I am also from the Czech Republic and send units for repair, the link contains instructions and the delivery address to the Czech Republic. I do not know how difficult the repair is, I only know that I always receive repaired parts with a guarantee.
