HC11E9 4E28B Virginize on W140 1997

Hi, I have a W140 97 and ECU ME1.0 with MCU HC11E9 4E28B and I need good working virgin file. Please help, I have tried many variants to virgin but it does not work.

From my experience with older ME1.0 and ME2.0 ECU, quickest and most sure option is using Julie Emulator from CarImmoLab. This is additional hardware that gets soldered onto board and allows for endless renewal of the ECU.

It is done in the following steps
1) Removal of MCU from board
2) Reading MCU with tool like X-Prog @ 5556Khz Oscillator, Backup Data, Modify MCU lines 016 to 01B to FF
3) Re-Solder MCU back to the board
4) Solder Julie Emulator HW to the board (Power + Can lines)

5) Final step is to personalize the ECU with DAS (HHT) as you would any other ECU. It should work like intended after.

I have tested and used their products on several older DAS vehicles from 1990-1999 and can confirm that they are good.
