HLI MNC File XML Error in Monaco 9

I downloaded the project files for DTS Monaco 9 from the forum. When trying to open the left and right HLI file, an XML error message appears. Does anyone know why this happens and what is the solution to this problem?

I have an error with HLI222.mnc files. They don't open and give an XML error, so I would like to convert the HLI222.smr-d files I found to MNC for DTS Monaco 9 project files. Does anyone know how to do this? I spent a lot of time reading the Monaco guidebook and doing other research, but I still didn't understand anything.

Has anyone encountered this before?
