I had a problem with Comand NTG5 on a 2017 C-Class, no sound when connecting my iPhone via Bluetooth or USB cable. It became worse when I accelerated or slowed down.
So I decided to check if there were any settings that could be causing this issue. In Vediamo I used HU5.cbf (it should be the same as in HU5Entry.cbf for Audio 20).
I found the section: "20. VCD_Several_Aplications" the "SCV Speed Controlled Volume".
It's "On" by default, so I switched it to "Off" and the cr@cking and scratching went away.
Maybe this will be helpful to some people facing the same issue.
