I Need Help with DTS Monaco 9.02

I want to delete a customer complaint message from Xentry. As you can see in the following image, it is in simulation mode so you can see it, but when you do it on the machine and select the three buffers, the extra window is not displayed so you can't delete them.


I look forward to you helping me eliminate these three buffers.

In Xentry, go to the customer complaint(s). Check if there is a hex value associated with the match. This may be helpful.
