Incorrect Coding W177 without Backup

I had a friend with an A220 W177, he tried to activate the augmented reality on his car but it resulted in all his data being erased from MBUX, resulting in the rear view camera not working, headlights going out, Hello Mercedes not activating and almost all functions being erased from the car. Any ideas on how to get everything back to stock? There is no factory code backup. If anyone can help or guide me to do a restore I would appreciate it.

Starts with WDD.

Mercedes ME app not working? If yes, you need SCN online to link MBUX. Also if "Hello Mercedes" is off, you probably need SCN online. So in this case you need a Mercedes dealer to restore everything. I think 2 hours of engineering/coding in MB (in Italy 95 euro/hour with VAT).

The best and easiest way is to go to the dealer and do the SCN coding online. I have many backup HU6 codings that I can share with you if you want, but the coding from another car will not work for your VIN and equipment.

The car is not in the US and the local dealer won't take it because it was imported. I wish someone would do this work on a DTS Monaco.

I appreciate your help with this. If you can, send me the files (W177, W222, W205). These are all RVC files. I'm just wondering how they can be programmed via DTS Monaco. If you can explain the procedures to me, that would be helpful.
