I'm new to Mercedes coding and learning the world of DTS Monaco.
Details about the coding of Mercedes electric vehicles are hard to find. I look at the spare parts data and it seems that the electric motor in the EQE300 is the same as in the EQE350 and some other, even more powerful version.

My question is, what do I need to do to make the EQE300 think it's a 350 and increase the engine power? Is this even possible using coding? Does the engine ECU need to be replaced, possibly the main ECU?

Any advice, experience or discussion regarding tuning an electric vehicle would be helpful.

Check the spare parts data of the electric motor DC/DC converter. This could BE a limiting factor if they are not the same. The ECU simply controls only the converter, so if the DC/DC converter is not the same, it is just a software limitation in the ECU and it can increase the power by coding. Otherwise, the DC/DC converter will become a bottleneck - the motor will not be able to transfer more mechanical energy than the semiconductors can transfer as electrical energy. The design of the converter always limits the possible currents.

Thanks for your reply! I'll check the part numbers :)
If the DC/DC converter is the same, how hard is it to code it? What module?

The CPC control module also has a configuration (coding) that needs to be changed.
