Internet in the Car Change Region

I just imported A-Class sedan from Spain (to Italy), already changed the region in the HERMES ECU, and when I called customer service I wondered if there was a way to change the region in the Internet in Car service, as it automatically loads the Vodafone Spain page.
I've already upgraded to Fresh Up 4 to be able to use my phone's hotspot, but I wouldn't mind solving the Internet issue in the car to have a fully Italian car.

Depends on the year of the car. I did a German W177 (pre-facelift) A35 to Spain. You also need to change the APN in HERMES, change to Italy from the dropdown menu. You also need to access HU6 (if it is pre-facelift), and as far as I remember, you need to change 2 parameters, connection to HU and in the main system change the parameter to Italy (I think this is the 2nd or 3rd option). After that use Xentry, enter HERMES and reset APN. Then you have to get all the data services and ITTC working. I didn't have any ME services or data working before I did the above. If your ITTC is working, I wouldn't interfere.

Does your ME currently call Italy? If not, numbers can be changed in HERMES (DTS).
If you have HU7, this is impossible to do.
