MBUX Flash Problem W177

I have a W177 with a faulty MBUX, there is an arrow on the screen. Even after a soft reset nothing changes.
I installed DTS Monaco and downloaded the database from the Internet. But I think there is no flash file inside.
There seems to be a problem with the flash, can it be solved using DTS Monaco? Or can someone do this remotely?
The car was bought with this problem, I didn't know what happened before.

I think this problem can be solved by updating it at the official Mercedes service, in Spain the price is about 90 euros.

Someone flashed and coded remotely. It works, but sometimes crashes. I'll try to update at MB.

It is better to do real SCN coding at the dealer to get the latest software version. Sometimes it solves the described problem.
