Monaco 8.16 does not want to work with the ZenZefi

How to configure the DTS 8.16 so that you can work with STAR3 cars? Monaco launches the ZenZefi, but does not see the installed certificate.

With the standard ZenZefi certificate you cannot encode on w223. you need a specific certificate for encoding and you must use dts9. There are people around who sell them but the cost is quite high.

Thanks for the information, we are not talking about 223 encoding, I have Monaco 9 for that. Sometimes I want to read 223 with standard rights via Monaco 8 + SdConnect, but for this it needs to be configured. Somewhere on this forum it was written: this can be done using additional files or modification...

U need proper Zenzefi client to DTS8 to make it work, anyway coding with DTS8 also possible with Dev cert.

The DTS8 is installed with XD incl. ZenZefi client.
This scheme works on another laptop (XD+DTS9) without problems even without starting XD: ZenZefi is launched with DTS9.

Yes, DTS8 need own client, will not work with client from Xentry or DTS9.

And the two clients of the Xentry and the additional installed (diff. version) will not conflict with each other?

As far as I have seen the different versions do conflict with each other. Monaco probably is trying to access the Xentry certificates which is a different kind of ZenZefi installation.

I decided not to experiment and just installed the additional DTS9, which works without problems with ZenZefi from Xentry.
