I want to retrofit Multibeam headlights on my CLA C118 2022. I currently have ILS coded high performance LED headlights.
I have never replaced a headlight and never on a Mercedes, but in my experience the update procedure seems to be the same.
Can anyone advise or hint anything that will help to do this correctly?

I think it will look like this, but I'm not 100% right and I need help.

- Buy 2 headlights. Maybe HELLA? Or must it be an original Mercedes?
- Buy cables with level sensor. Automatic corner lights, installation is easy and no coding required.
- Headlights can be supplied without an ECUs. Can I use the ones I already have for a high performance LEDs or will that require new ECUs?

- What is the first thing you need to do after installing the headlights?
- Am I right in thinking that I need to run Ignition > Launch Xentry > Headlights > Perform Adaptation > Enter Headlight Barcodes? Does this make some basic headlight coding?

Once this is done, should I go to DTS Monaco and restore previous codings or restore codings + adjust to Multibeam?

Thanks guys for any advice on this. I want to do everything right and have no problems. I don't want to struggle with this project for too long, so I'll do my research first and then start when I will have the parts and time for it.
