Offline SCN Coding Help for FCW205

Does anyone know how to code the FCW205 control unit?
My Xentry is offline and can't code the online SCN. I tried with DTS Monaco but still can't code? Am I missing a step?

If you select the correct file for your FCW, DTS Monaco should handle this task easily.
