However, I found information on how to activate the AMG menu for free by modifying the counter's EEPROM memory. Hello Spektra, for W212 you can buy a fvdi clone and use it with monochrome dashboard.
For the colour dashboard you need to flash a specific software with vediamo for using it with fvdi

Thats the cheapest way or you can desolder the eeprom and read it with a lot of reader.

Good, for someone who runs a workshop and earns money by activating this variant.I started playing with the CAN bus in the W212 and have a few drivers on the table. Including counter. The counter says unpaired, so I want to bring it back to its initial state. Vediamo is out of the question because you need a seed key generator. Personally, I derived the eeprom signals from the meter and I can modify it, regardless of the fact that I will break something. I can always program the eeprom with the original input and continue experimenting.Regards.

Yes it works with Vediamo but you need a Seed Key Calculator.
The Algo is not free, thats the problem.
