Problem with MMCodingWriter

I am using MMCodingWriter 2.2 to change the programming on Expander 2023. The cable is connected but why can't I write code?

Sometimes ETACS does not have some functions, so it cannot be programmed.

Run MMCodingWriter 2.2 as administrator, check if the correct COM port is selected in the software, and also make sure the cable is connected correctly and securely.
