If you have a hybrid, read this.
Recently my E350E started making this noise, only when driving slowly on electric motor. When I was stopped I couldn't hear it. When ICE switched on, no issues whatsoever, no pulsing sound. As you can see on live data, values are all over the place when it's making that noise. Today I replaced the fuel pump, and noise is gone. You need to plug it in and reset the codes, because there's gonna be air bubbles on the fuel line, and car will go in limp mode, but totally doable at home.
