Is it possible to reactivate the BMS inside the battery when working with Xentry or DTS Monaco/Vediamo?
I am trying to avoid the hassle of disassembling the BMS when repairing batteries.
The aluminum case needs to be opened anyway to charge the battery directly from the cells.

I have seen people online who have repaired these batteries by updating the software (assuming the battery cells are good).
There are updated SMR-F flash files that may fix battery starting issues.

As far as I know, there is no publicly available solution to this problem yet. Does anyone have the correct SMR-F files they could share?

Without disassembling the battery, it can be repaired via OBD if the battery voltage is at least 38 V. If the voltage is lower, the repair can only be done on a "table".

Interesting to know that there is a way to reactivate without opening due to a crash. I know low battery is another story.
I think it should be done via Vediamo/DTS Monaco or something like that. I really want to know how.

After an accident, if your battery has at least 38V but is locked, the first thing you should do is replace the pyro fuse, repair the SRS, unlock the crash data from the engine control unit and use the DTS Monaco with new firmware. This is the solution to repair the hybrid battery after an accident.
