Retrain coding

Hi. I am new to coding and one or two trick to retrain my car.
I did coding online using J2534 interface (enable auto side parking, enable distronic pro), but the coder is the other side of the world for me and I can only arrange coding session at night (midnight my time). So an inconvenience to arrange it. So my issue is when ever Merz workshop replace module or wire that need to retrain the module, they are lock out. Not able to do it. So I have to arrange a session with the coder for retraining the module and midnight time is always an issue

So I manage to get my self Xentry 6/23.
I do not know where to start. Sorry, I might even using the wrong term

Looks like you need a training on coding your car in general. Xentry offers only very little options to code, at least when you are offline and have no account at Mercedes.

For coding purposes get Vediamo or Monaco (depends on your car and what might be easier to handle for you). The codings you had so far shows me that you have at least a newer car (205 FL or 213), so I would prefer Monaco.

When you set up your Monaco system and the coding is set the way you want it then make a safety backup of it. The next time it is almost a one click solution to get back the codings again.

Hi, so you will need Vediamo or DTS Monaco for coding those functions, also software need some dedicated files to read data from the car, anyway you will find everything on that forum just dig in.

Even for retrain the sensor will I need Monaco?

Certain sensor? Xentry will allow you to see workflow of each sensor.

Ah, I See, you want to reset an adaption or something like that? Then it is right, you do not need any other program, Xentry will "retain" or reset the adapted values.

But you do have any equipment like Laptop, Xentry and a multiplexer? You can give me a TV number and I will show you how you can do it on yourself the next time you need it.
