Smart 451 Digital Speed

I have a Smart 451 and I retrofitted the LCD (only changed a small part of the LCD). Now I have the old version so I can read the water temperature. Do you know how to enable speed visualization?
I coded with Vediamo but nothing showed up.
Who can help me please?

Did your old LCD display support digital km/h?
As far as I know, you have only one signal going to the speedometer. Either digital or hardware (needle).
So if it doesn't have digital speed you can not activate it. Could you show me the old LCD please?
