My ECU burned out damaging part of the motherboard, bought a replacement with the same part number "A 275 150 13 79", no one in my area can make it virgin or clone my old ECU, I live in Saudi Arabia.
The last solution is to swap the immobilizer.
I managed to change the immobilizers and now the car is working fine, there should be two small chips, the chip number is LM2904D. I swapped them from the old ECU to the new one, after which I was able to start the car right away.

What generation of car do you have?

This is a W221, S600 2009.
It has 2 EEPROM (memory chips).
By the way, the chip is very small, in the image above it is enlarged about 5 times.

LM2904 is a dual-channel low-power operational amplifier. No information about the immobilizer.
