I think it will be useful for other users to find the correct SMR-F to flash NTG 5S1 in order to activate CarPlay, mainly for W166/W292.
I will post the HW/SW combination that I have found and tested so far.
HW 1: 166 901 08 05
Use 1769027602 and 1669027608 SMR-F to update and then activate Carplay in coding.
HW 2: 166 901 24 02
Use 1769027602 and 1669027608 SMR-F to update and then activate Carplay in coding.
HW 3: 166 901 23 02
Use 1769027602 and 1669027608 SMR-F to update and then activate Carplay in coding.
Always make a backup copy of the original coding before flashing, as in 99% of cases the coding is lost after the flashing is completed.
I used ENET cable with DTS Monaco 8.14 and 8.16 to make the update.
Perhaps if other users have a combination of hardware and software it would be nice to post it and help each other out.
