I have a 2020 GLE580 that has a problem with the 48V lithium battery. I got a new battery from Mercedes but after installing it the car won't start. Is it possible to code the new battery with the DTS Monaco? Does anyone know what modules need to be coded. Is there any other procedure I need to do after installing the new battery.

I was able to solve this problem by removing the production lock using DTS Monaco in the LIB48 module.

The battery is part of the FBS4 system and needs to be taught into the system. I personally tried to do this with a DTS Monaco but was unsuccessful, MB did it for me straight away.

If you have the correct SMR-D file and a new battery it is possible. All I did was remove the production lock using DTS Monaco.

You are wrong, the 48V battery (LIB48) is not a part of the FBS.
