W176 Information About Option 140

Does anyone know what option 140 is on a W176?
My car has this option, but on VIN decoding websites I only find one description: "Package 1". In the EPC I saw that it was called "Measurement Package 1".

As the name suggests, it is an automatic seat adjustment system that includes a weight sensor that allows the seat to be automatically adjusted according to your height and weight.

My car doesn't have this. Maybe it's something else?
