W204 Error Code 94D2

I just bought a 2012 Mercedes C-Class W204 wagon. I'm trying to figure out some error codes. One of them - 94D2 Radio antenna 1 has an open circuit. My question is how do I determine which antenna is antenna 1? Should I assume that this is a shark fin on the roof? Has anyone else encountered this error and found a solution or advice on where to start?

Have you changed your radio recently? How did this error occur? If you have recently replaced the NTG with another unit you will need to perform coding, otherwise you will need to check the antenna cable that goes to the roof.

FYI: Unless you have a specific radio/telematics issue you are trying to resolve then you should ignore this fault code. Depending on the scan tool and/or software being used, there can be erroneous codes in the system. This happens with the factory scan tool and software as well. Just trying to save you a bunch of time, money, and frustration.

The car is new to me and as far as I know the radio had never been touched. The code was detected during a diagnostic test using iCarsoft CR PRO PLUS.
FM seems to work fine but DAB is very unstable and plays the last channel selected but does not display it or allow you to switch to another DAB channel.

DAB does not use an FM antenna. You need to check your DAB antenna. So please look at the wiring diagram where the DAB antenna is and look at that cable or connection.
