Hi, my name is Sam and I'm new here so please forgive me for my poor language and if I broke any rules.

warming up at around 0°C or 5°C. I arrived and parked at work, 2 hours later I saw that the car had a puddle under the engine, it had not rained. Went to check for a leak. I thought maybe the radiator, but it was not a collision or anything. Then I saw a "pipe" (maybe not quite the right term) and asked at the local service station and they said "fill with coolant and keep driving until something breaks". So I was not satisfied with the answer. At the time I checked the coolant box (the black box that holds the coolant), the box was about 1 (horizontal) finger full (maybe 2 cm). While all this was happening, the car was not hot and there were no errors on the screen.

Please check the problem with the pictures provided. The video shows where the "pipe" is leaking, which I am quite sure of. And I could have misdiagnosed it, so I am open to ideas as to what caused the problem, please help, and I already appreciate your time. Happy driving!

After work when I was getting ready to go home I checked the water level again, it was less now so I added maybe 2 more liters. Started the car and looked to see if there was any problem or if any error light came on. Stopped the car for 5 minutes and started it again in case there was water in the system or something. When I got home there was no water leak... So it was a weird day and I hope it was just an annoying leak and not something that will happen again.

The easiest way is to pressurize the cooling system in the workshop. Then you can quickly find the leak. I think it's the water pump.

The tube in the video is definitely leaking. This can only happen if the engine/coolant gets hot enough. As recommended above, pressurizing the system is a good way to detect any leaks. Is the car's heating working properly? It could be a stuck thermostat, although I'm not sure where that is on the W211.

I will definitely do what you suggest, thank you.
