W213 NTG6 Change Region

I am new to this forum and new to coding. I need help changing some regional settings for my car. I recently imported a facelift W213 E300E 4MATIC from Germany to the Netherlands.

The problem is that some settings seem to be specific to Germany, even though I changed the country/language settings to Netherlands in MBUX. For example: the Mercedes ME button in the car will always call the Mercedes ME customer service in Germany. Who speaks German. I would like to change this language to my local language to call Mercedes ME customer service in the Netherlands. I think it might be related to calling another programmed number.

I hope someone can help me or point me in the right direction.
