W213 proper car picture displayed after head unit retrofit

Hello togehter,

I have issue after retrofit my head unit from code 522 to 506 (NTG5E to NTG5.5 Entry, see my post W213 retrofit bigger screen and Audio 20 NTG5.5 (506)
I got my NTG5.5 from an estate/wagon version and my car is coupe. Now the estate is displayed as the picture of the car in car settings like light or air condition.

I don't know how to recode the head unit to have proper car (coupe) visualisation.

Does any have an idea?

I have needed tools, but don't know which coding/setting to change.

Thanks for the hint. But which software I need to flash? I assume a mix of 213xxxxx (standard E class) and 238xxxx (coupe&cabrio) flash files as it was the case by the old head unit.
Unfortunately I don’t know the version numbers of files needed. Maybe someone could help?
My NTG 5.5 Entry unit has following data:
HEADUNIT A-ENTRY GPS ECE
Modell: NTG5.5 HUE
Type number: A 213 900 22 24 / 001
HW: A 213 901 68 07/001
SW: A 213 902 62 16/001
