W213 XENTRY XPT Error

I have a problem with XENTRY PassThru 2021, when using Openport 2.0 when connecting cars like W213 or W205, it closes itself. Can anyone help? W211 for example works well.

Bad Openport. Mine was Chinese and could not be used on the W213. Now I have VCX SE and it works without problems.

I have the original Tactrix, I think the Xentry version is broken, because it closes itself when connecting the W213 after the first scan.
