W221 06. No tuner no sound

Hi,
recently i have a problem whit this type of car, where audio tuner stopped working.
I checked it on the trunk everything looks normal, i checked spec and actual conf. but this is not normal and off course i cant do anything about it.

Does somebody can point me what i am missing or it is a dead device(amp/tuner)?

Does the diagnosis indicate a rupture of the MOST?
Open the tuner and see if the converter (SO-8) against the fan has rotted. Clean the tuner board from dust.

It mostly like your tuner/amplifier got wet or so. Have seen this. This is quite common and spare parts even used one are very expensive.
