W293 Activation of Park Assist

Last August, I bought an EQC in Germany, manufactured in January 2021. Although the car comes with the 235 Park Assist package, this option is disabled due to the new EU regulation on autonomous driving from 2020.
Every time I try to use the parking assist, the radar on the MBUX screen activates but does not detect any empty spaces.
Is there a way to reactivate it with Xentry/Vediamo/DTS Monaco? Can I do it myself?

Try turning on APC (automatic parking) in PARKMAN.

Some people say I need a certificate because my EQC is a "new model".
I'm new to all this coding and it's quite hard for me to figure out how to do it right.
