How can I enter developer mode in XENTRY?

The license key gives modes, there are 9 modes for now, the highest is "Test Runtime" = Developer.

It gives developer by default, but completely not full and absolutely not right.
This is a public "madness" and one of the worst things I have ever seen in the underground world from the technical side, believe me I saw a lot.
