XENTRY XPT Error Loading Control Table and CNT File

I have a Xentry XPT with Scanmatik PRO and when I connect it to a Mercedes Actros MP3 model truck I get "error loading control table" and "error loading CNT file".
How to solve this problem?

Have you tried with another multiplexer? Openport for example.

What does SDconnect have to do with this? Passthru is not for SDconnect. Scanmatik does not work on K-line with trucks, or this model is simply not in the program. Conclusion - change the device or software.

Absolutely right! I switched from XPT (hardware and software) to XDOS which is much more efficient, no errors, very smooth ECU testing.

According to petr78rus, it is possible that the model is missing from the program or Scanmatik does not work on the K-line.
I'm willing to bet there is no data for this model.
I tried this on a more modern truck (Actros MP4) and the Scanmatik was able to enter all modules without any problems.
Where can I find this file to upload to Xentry and how do I do it?

I still think it needs XDOS with a different multiplexer than Scanmatik. My opinion.

Scanmatik works with vehicles via CAN bus, that is, via Xentry. And your ten-year-old vehicle is diagnosed via DAS, again, either change the software or the device.
