Xentry XPT error loading control table and CNT file

I have Xentry XPT with Scanmatic Pro, and when I connect it in a truck Mercedes Actros MP3 model I get the "error load control table" and "error load CNT file".
How can I solve it?

Did you try with another multiplexer? Openport for example.

What does sdconnect have to do with it? Passtru is not intended for sdconnect. The scanmatic does not work on the K-line with trucks, or this model is simply not in the program. Conclusion - change the device or change the software.

I have from XPT (software hardware) go to XDOS much more efficient no bugs very smooth ECU testing... No worries

Scanmatic works with cars via can-bus with new cars, that is, through Xentry. And your ten-year-old car is diagnosed through DAS, again, either change the software or device.
