XPT and XDOS

I'm sure this is covered somewhere, but I'm obviously a newbie and wondering if it's possible to install XPT and XDOS at the same time? The reason I ask is because I currently have Openport 2.0 which I would like to use until I purchase C4. Or will I just have to uninstall XPT and install XDOS when I get C4?

I don't think this is a good idea. Even if you install XDOS on a separate partition with a second operating system, you may still run into problems if both of your operating systems are Windows. I tried installing it so that one partition was with my Office and one with Xentry. Both partitions had Windows 10 Pro installed. I had problems. I think both operating systems used common low-level files. You have a good chance if your system has two physical drives, each dedicated to one setup.

Okay, cool. Thanks. I thought there might be problems if I installed both. I'll probably just buy another hard drive and install each copy on a separate drive. Switching between them is a little more difficult, but not critical. Definitely don't want to deal with software conflict demons.
