I have a 2012 C300 model, I have replaced the side mirrors with electric folding ones, I have seen many videos on how to code the mirror function via Vedimo in the convenience menu, I bought a Mini VCI J2534 and I have a hard drive with Mercedes C4 software and many other programs that I got from a mechanic, however, when I connect the hard drive directly to my laptop, it does not boot, although it has Windows installed! When I connect an external drive, I can view all the files!

Can anyone help me with the mirrors coding process?

Not all disks will simply boot on another computer. You may have to make simple changes to the BIOS first. And some laptops are more difficult than others to take a working OS disk and boot from. You will need some computer knowledge to possibly get this to work correctly.

You will probably have to go into the BIOS and change UEFI to Legacy in the boot section to get the drive to boot.
