DTS Monaco - Error Logical Link Cannot be Created

I have a problem connecting to DTS Monaco 9. It connects via J2534 but when I want to connect to ECU, DTS Monaco gives me this error.

Finally I changed the configuration values of my cable and now it works.
Sorry, I changed the "Resources Assignments" values.
Check the System Configurator program, you need to specify the path to the "D-PDU API root description file". This is the key!
