Error When Accessing Current Values

I am trying to see current values (RPM, temperature etc.) using Xentry but I get a communication error, see attached image. Any ideas on how to fix this?

Xentry data may be incomplete or corrupted. Try reinstalling.

It is also possible that the multiplexer, OBD cable, etc. are damaged. Try connecting to another car.
