Error when accessing current values

Please help. Trying to look at current values (rpm, temperatures etc) using Xentry but getting the communication error, see attached picture. Any idea how to fix it?

The Xentry data may be incomplete or damaged. Try reinstalling.

It is also possible to damage the multiplexer, OBD cable, etc.Try to connect to another car.
