Main features

• Detecting the vehicle's on-board network configuration
• Reading and clearing diagnostic trouble codes from all modules

  Supported vehicles:
• Ford, Lincoln, Mercury models of 1996 - 2023MY (some models of 1994-1995MY are also supported). Attention: Some 2023MY Ford models may not be identified (we work on it). FORScan may support a limited set of functions and configuration parameters for brand new 2021-2023MY models (we work on it). 2024MY Ford and Lincoln models are not supported!
• Mazda models of 1996 - 2022MY up to 6G (inclusively). Attention: Mazda 7G models (new Mazda 3, CX-30, MX-30, CX-50 etc) are partially supported or not supported at all!
• Vehicles other than Ford, Mazda, Lincoln, Mercury are not supported!

It should work with the ELM327, but depending on which one you have, the functionality might be limited. I use an MX+ and it works flawlessly.

Yes, it will work. First install the driver from Autel website.

If it is not cr@cked, then this topic is pointless. The current version on the official website today is FORScan v2.3.65, which is newer and works just as well and is available for download for free. It works without registration, but all special functions are closed, such as flash coding and others.

For the cost of a license, you can download updated firmware files for various modules. It's worth it. I'll even do things that IDS and FDRS can't. For example, I'll change the VIN on some ABS units.
