GLC 43 AMG Coupe C253 No Communication

I have a strange problem. I am using XPT 9/24 and can connect and diagnose my E-Class S211 without any problems. However, when I try to connect to my brother's GLC 43 AMG Coupe C253, the Xentry freezes on the data readout screen, the ignition and voltage do not show as on, even if I manually run the Ignition Enabler. A recheck on the S211 immediately afterwards showed that the Tactrix Openport was fine and working, as was the connection on the S211.
With the 2021 Xentry version, the GLC can be connected and diagnosed.
Does anyone have any ideas why the GLC C253 can't be connected to the XPT 9/24?

Another new problem, now with XDOS 9/24.
It's installed on another SSD which I can replace with another one with XPT 9/24.
After reinstalling XDOS, opening the appropriate ports and adding the appropriate IP addresses, I was able to diagnose the C-Class 300E T C206.
However, on the last day I wanted to read the fault codes to discuss them with the mechanics, but strangely enough I can no longer connect to the C-Class! In the meantime, an SSD drive was installed or used.
Does anyone have any ideas why this doesn't work anymore? And why do I see a similar problem with XPT 9/24 on GLC C253?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
